Tagra Biotechnologies Ltd. is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This website partially conforms with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conforms" means that most of the site meets the standard, but some content does not yet. The gaps we know about are listed under Known limitations below.
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by Tagra, combining automated checks with manual keyboard and screen reader testing. It has not been verified by an independent accessibility audit.
What we have done
Keyboard access. Interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the element that currently has focus is clearly outlined.
Skip to content. A Skip to main content link is the first item reached with the Tab key, so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass the navigation on every page.
Structure for screen readers. The main navigation, main content and footer are marked up as landmarks, so they can be jumped to directly rather than read through.
Named controls. Icon-only links — including the Tagra logo and the social media icons in the footer — carry descriptive names for screen readers, and embedded videos carry titles.
Reduced motion. If your operating system is set to reduce motion, animations and transitions on this site are suppressed automatically.
Display controls. An accessibility button in the lower-left corner of every page opens a panel offering larger text (up to 150%), higher contrast, highlighted links, a more legible typeface and reduced motion. Your choices are remembered on this device.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them:
Image descriptions. Some photographs and diagrams do not yet have written descriptions. They are currently presented to screen readers as decorative and are skipped rather than read out. Descriptive text is being written.
Small default text. Body text on this site is set small by design. The text size control in the accessibility panel enlarges it, and the site also responds to your browser's own zoom.
Third-party content. Embedded content from services such as YouTube and LinkedIn sits outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Downloadable documents. Technical literature and PDFs offered for download may not be tagged for screen readers. We can supply an accessible version of any document on request.
Compatibility
This site is built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. It is tested with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and is designed to work with screen readers including NVDA and JAWS on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. It does not require any browser plugin or add-on.
